bond eurathene foam with rubber

I have one of the application to bond eurathene foam with NBR-PVR rubbber? Does anyone have suggestion how to joint two components?

You might want to give these people a call. There several possibilities like a contact cement or adhesive latex to name two, that could work depending to the environment they the bond will see.
