Bolts Torque Preload

I want to check/calculate the bolts torque preload for carbon steel(A694 Gr. F65) WN flange joint 30", 600#, MSS SP44.

Stud bolt &2nuts (A193-B7M,A194-2HM)size 2-5/8" x 340 mm - 28 sets.

Design pressure of this pipeline is 89.6 barg. Design comply to ASME B31.8.

Any help would be very appreciated.
