Bolting Torque conversion to Lbs/Force

I have an old hard copy of Bolt Torque values converted to lbs/force applied to the bolt. I am using a set of four (4) mechanical strap clamps with 3/4-10, B-16 carbon steel studs and 2H Heavy Duty Nuts to compress O-Rings of various sizes on a test rig for air and water. I am looking for an electronic copy of the conversion of bolting stress to psi.
I do not want to reinvent the wheel, so I am looking for a copy of this information.
