Bolted Joint surface & profile tolerance

For single shear joints is there a standard for the profile and surface finish of the bolt head surface back to the opposing surface?

I have not seen any standards for these. VDI 2230 Systematic calculation of high duty bolted joints shows preload loss versus surface roughness. It is best to keep roughness low since there is still significant relaxation when surface roughness R_z is < 10 &[ignore]mu[/ignore];m.
