for bolt tightening when we have yielding strenghth of bolt and nut how much we should tight?
for example for tightening of two flanges and one spiral wound gasket between them.

What spiral wound gasket, what size, and WHAT DOES THE SPIRAL GASKET Specification Sheet call for?

The gasket specification for that joint is the final authority. NOT ANYBODY ELSE.
