What type bolt is it and what's intended use as the only "F" head, without the radials, was for a car restoration parts supplier.
There have been several manufacturers that poduced a fastener that was called various by names, "super 8, super alloy, grade 9, and others" but carried a tensil strentgth of around 175,000 psi. They all carried fancy head markings, more than the 8's 6 lines.
