bollards around diesel AST

I am relocating a 12,000 gal. diesel AST to a different part of a facility. The tank is used for fueling tractor trailers. Is there a standard in Ohio that sets the number of bollards or spacing around an above ground diesel storage tank?

In Googling for this previously I found a few Fire jurisdictions require 4-feet on ceter, for fuel & for LPG.
