Not being disrespectful, it seems that you have little knowledge about boilers so,submit your client's specs to boiler distributors and they'll address those requirements with technical literature and memorandum from which you can formulate your presentation to your client. Technical literature will have boiler sizes, hot water heating capacities and steaming rates, heating surface areas, firing rates with turn down ratios of burners, max allowable pressures to which boilers are constructed, electrical specs if dealing with electric boilers, and all safety components required for the safe operation of boilers. Just realize that in addition to fire tube and water tube boilers which are of steel construction, you could also have cast iron boilers and once thru flow type boilers. Nodular cast iron boilers can be operated under higher pressure than regular cast iron boilers. You also have miniature type boilers. So due to the diversity of the boiler market, contact distributors preferably US manufacturers because they have more at stake due to product liabilty whereas foreign manufacturers may not be as accomodating.
