BOBCAD ? Good or bad? 2

I am just getting started into CNC and CAD/CAM. I am looking to buy a cheap CAD/CAM system to start out and learn on. I have some experience with AUTOCAD. Can anyone give me some info on BOBCAD or any suggestions on other CAD/CAM systems.

Autocad Lite
TurboCAD
KeyCAD
