i dont know if im in the correct room but ill ask anyway...

i was wondering if there is any components for the blue tooth technology....i want to build something simple so i can get a better view of this intresting technology

if any info please email and let me know

There are lots of companies selling (or at least saying they're selling) Bluetooth components. Depending on what you need there are mostly 2 chip solutions (baseband and RF) and at least one or two one-chip solutions out there. A little effort searching at sites like or even google will help. Also, visit The thing to watch out for though is the ability of start-ups to support your volume requirements...make sure they have enough cash and customers before committing. Once you commit you're essentially single-sourced with this technology; to change means to rewrite code and relayout boards.
