bleeder vent size and length

Dear Frineds
I have a 54 meter floating roof storage tank and i would like to know what size of blideer valve should i use ?what about it length?is there any refrences for it?

Please tell us is not you in charge of this tank.
1. I assume you meant size, not length of the valve;- that should be determined by an engineer.
2. The qualified engineer able to determine the size of the bleeder valve would be able to tell you the references.
