I am in need of the specific 'blast resistant' design criteria and codes for the construction of a Petro Lab Analysis building sited on a Petro Plant facility. I also need to determine the minimum separation distance the proposed building can be from the refinery area.

I think they have set a distance of 1980 feet from a hazard and occupied buildings.
