Good afternoon ladies,

I am currently working on wind loads for a billboard sign, I just want to make sure I am using the correct design process. I am using chapter 29 of asce 7-10 29.4 solid freestanding walls and solid signs. F=qhGCfAs Would you guys use this portion of the code to analyze the windloads for a small billboard sign?

Yes, that is what I would use. Just make sure F is applied according to the same section, since it's not at midheight of the sign.
