Bilge pump

Hello.
I need help!!

I have the 4700GPH Seaflo Bilge Pump.
Its connected to a 12v AGM battery 75Ah with EPEVER Tracer MPPT 30A Solar Charger Controller.
I am trying to pull water from a small river but in 4m head give me nothing.
Consume only 5-6 amps in that height.
In performance chart on SEAFLO website, show for 4m head consume 22 amps with 1966 GPH.

Do you know why is that problem?

Some check points, Assuming there is no flow

1. switch is not working properly or the wiring. it keep the pump running dry

Is there is small flow

1. Check the pump, sometimes subpums shops install a inlet filter just for the transport to the client, more often if it comes oversee.

2. Check the inlet to the pump is free of mud
