BHN Hardness of A106 Gr B Hot Bend.

If a bend was found to have a 371 BHN after bending, and no stress relief is called for, what would be the concern's??

371BHN is around 3X the min TS listed for A106 gr.B (182ksi vs 60ksi). Are you sure your BHN value is correct?

Yes we are sure there are actually 4 of 7 like that?

At this hardness, the bend must have been quenched after hot forming. The concern would be low notch toughness or stress corrosion cracking depending on service conditions.
