I have an application for a Auto ON/OFF valve where I have two options to choose from, Morin (Morin C-344UC-S080 ) or Bettis (Bettis G2012-SR4). I am trying to find which one is better and what experts have to say based on their experience in general.

Thanks
RJ

Probably better asked in forum408.

My experience with Bettis scotch yoke types has been generally positive. Not familiar with Morin.

Morins have some quirks, in that parts of the actuator may overhang the mounting flange, but generally they work ok. Finding good positioners for smaller sizes has been our most recent headache.

I've seen good service with Bettis. You'll get excellent support from Emerson, in my experience. I've not heard of Morin.

Thanks for your inputs. I think, I will stick with Bettis for now.
