I have been using Snagit to record the display of one of our programs running an instrument to trouble shoot errors. It works great, even does compression on the fly, but the problem is that it will only record for about half an hour. Is there anything similar that will record overnight?

Are you using the free trial version, and is the 30 minute limit a restriction of the free version?

I asked tech support at Techsmith and they said that was a limit of the software itself not the trial. It was not exactly 30 minutes but something around that. There is also not a setting to keep making continuous 30 minutes captures.
