Best cpu and video card for NX?

I'm looking to buy/build a new Windows system and wondering what cpu and video card to go with for NX 7.5. I was thinking 64 bit i7 with 16 gigs of ram. Any thoughts on what card will run best as far as model rotation and generating 3D renderings? Currently I have an ATI FireGL V7700 on a 64 bit i7 870 2.93ghz with 8 gigs of ram. It runs pretty good but I need to get another computer anyway so might as well try to make an improvement. NX is basically the only thing the computer is used for so no need to concern myself with gaming performance and I am running a single 27" 1080p monitor.

I should add that the price range I am looking for is $1500-$2000ish

Thanks for the tip, it may be blowing the budget but I had been eyeing the Xeon Quad core 3.6 and the Quadro 6000 card. Looks like the card is highly recommended by Siemens.
