Bending of 4130N tube of Chinese manufacture

We import 4130N tube into Australia, and recently have been recieving tube of Chinese manufacture. Unfortunately to date the tube sizes we have recieved are in the 0.049" wall category and we have not been able to try this tube in our benders to see if it meets stated elongation criteria on the test certificates. Has anyone had any experience with this tube as far as bending and/or destructive testing. We have very reluctant customers when the country of origin is finally discovered with perusal of test certificates.
