Bend Radius on 1/4" Flatbar

Can anyone tell me the bend radius on 1/4" flatbar when bent at a 90 degree angle?

The bend radius can be anything that your design needs. Minimum inside bend radius would be material thickness.

In general, yes. But... minimum bend radius can be less than the material thickness. It depends on the material being bent, process and other factors.

This isn't really a drafting or GD&T question however.
