I cannot find any deep groove ball bearings that can reach this speed.
There are some that have a reference (thermal) limit of to 20 000 RPM.
But their limiting (mechanical) limit is around 15 000 RPM.
Either way, at these speeds, you will need high precision.
Try to ask distributors or suppliers for the speed limits for a 6007, ceramic, with P5 or P4A running accuracy.
You will most likely need oil circulation to keep the bearing cool.
If you cannot find anything, you will need to go to a 7007 high precision angular contact ball bearing. You will need 2 arranged either face to face or back to back.
