I am looking for a grease for cylindrical roller that can withstand 420F intermittent cycle. The roller bearing are installed on a crankshaft oscillating at 16 ft/sec. The I know there a few thickeners that provide for higher temperature resistance, oxidation etc. I just want ot make sure the grease I use does not breakdown or react with the bearings.

Klueber would probably be your best source for something like that, they make a number of exotic greases.

You will also want to make sure your bearings are specified for that temperature. Standard bearings are heat treated with about a 300-350F temper and running at the temperatures you state will reduce the hardness significantly in the bearings with a reduction in life.

Here are 3 products from Superior Industries and 1 from Lower Friction.
I would definitely give either company a call with your specific application before using any product as they are sensitive to speed and loading
