Beam-Column Seated connection

Hi everyone!

I am new to the site so please forgive me if this is not the right section to post this.

I am preparing for my final exam and I found this question in a past paper (see image attached). I have never designed an L-plate connection and I would really appreciate your help.

I assume that the bolts on the flange of the column and the weld would carry the shear force, but how is the moment carried and divided between the various bolt groups/welds?
