Can anyone advise how to design a refrigerated container (48-ft long) that will store dry/wet cell batteries, and a second similar container containing atropine? What kind of gas sensors shall be installed (ie: hydrogen) that will alert of a possible explosion? Are there a maximum number of batteries that are allowed to be stored? Ventilation: a certain number of air changes/hour required? Does it require a special cooling system? Etc., etc. Thanks!
