Batter Piles - Publications?

Are there any good books or publications that thoroughly cover design of batter piles and batter pile groups? Most books I have only brush over the subject in one paragraph or single page. My interest is foundations for marine structures - mooring & breasting dolphins, trestles, piers, fender clusters, etc.
