Bathrooms, Lighting, Parking Lot, Drainage

I am doing a project for school, and in order to get credit I need to incorporate a lot of Civil Engineering into it. So basically I need any information that you can give me on requirements for a bathroom, stadium style lighting, any tips for a parking lot other than the size of each space, and how to drain water from a perfectly level concrete surface.

Engineers never design anything level and expect it to drain. Parking lots, similar to large acreage rooftops are designed with sumps (low spots) to collect drainage and properly dispose of it without harm to structure or subgrade.

Bathrooms fall under Architecture. Yea, can you believe it, even the arrogant are humbled with this task! My only input is that if your looking at stadium applications allow for more restrooms than you really think are necessary because in reality there are never enough!
