batch conversion from CADKEY to AUTOCAD 1

How can I do to convert a lot of files (over 3000) from CADKEY release 7 (*.prt) to a format of AUTOCAD 12 (dxf or dwg)?
Does it exist a program to do the "batch conversion"?
