Bat46 Schottky Diode

Hi,

Does anyone know what the surface mount alternative is to a BAT46 small signal Schottky diode. I can only seem to get them as a DO35 package (leaded). I am assuming the surface mount alternative has a different number?

There are plenty of similar parts, consult a supplier or product solection quide..

We currently use a LL103A... This is only low F, low I.

It it's the Vishay BAT46 it's available in a surface mount package as a BAT46W.
