I am trying to rearrange my Gantt chart based on production.
I have the ability to advance at a total rate per day of 12.0m/day when I utilize my crew in several headings at once, but the crew can not affectively advance at this rate on any one single heading. I want to be able to tally up all the tasks used on any particular day and or month to schedule a job so that I can optimize my advance rate (i.e, be as close to 12.0m/day on any given day).
Is there a way that Project will display my total advance per day based on all the jobs on any given day and or month?
