Hello,
I'm lab-testing wastewater treatment with barium hydroxide and barium chloride.
Depending on the results of the tests, we might move to a pilot-scale equipment.
I'd like to hear if anybody has experience with industrial usage of barium compounds - handling with bulk solids, solution preparation and dosing. I'm looking for something like a 'typical setup'. Is the handling similar to lime? What are the safety precautions applied? (of course I will consult the MSDSs also)
