Ball valve stem packing access

A few months ago, I ran across an ASTM? spec that addresses ball valve stem packing access. Unfortunately, I misplaced the reference and can't seem to find it again. I searched this forum, and googled "ASTM packing access", with no luck. Not looking for a particular packing material.

Any help is appreciated.
