My thread (thread404-121776) which I posted in the Mechanical Engineering Other Topics Forum details a problem I am having trying to smooth the output from a Variable Scotch Yoke. I probably should have posted it here. There is quite a lot of detail involved and replies to other contributors questions aswell so I won't try and replicate it all here. I'd like to invite anyone with knowledge of force balancing, flywheels etc. to take a look and give me your feedback.

Thanks in advance,
Bengy2
