I have created a sketch plane on the outside of a circular seal, and i want to emboss text to the surface but, the text is reversed or backwards, with autocad you simply change the ucs to view or what ever is suitable, how is this done with Inventor?
Thanks in advance

Well, dunno if this is the "easy" way. But when that happened to me, I created a new sketch plane atop the original one, but rotated 180 degrees, so that it "faced" the right way. (I had tried to mirror an embossed text feature across a parting line, and the text reversed.)

Yeah btrueblood, i tried to mirror the text while in the sketch and also tried to mirror the feauture. I'll try your idea of rotating the sketch plane.
Cheers

Right click on the workplane and select Flip Normal.

A user created workplane has a front side and a back side that can be controlled by the user. Simply Flip and your text (or other sketch) will be flipped.

I'll have to see if that works on a mirrored feature, but kinda doubt it.
