AWS/ASME High Pressure Question 1

I have an existing weld procedure that is written IAW ASME and I would like to know what group of metal A519 falls under. Can someone help with this? Thanks.

If this material is used to qualify a procedure are all materials in groups 1-8 qualified as well?
