Is there any option to use PARAM AUTOMPC in SOL601? The current model contains large no of double dependencies, and PARAM AUTOMPC works fine in Nastran solvers..but with SOL601, I need to correct all the 1d connections..which will increase my task.
Is there any option to check the double dependencies and correct it in NX CAE environment?I am using NX 8.0.3. Please let me know.

Hello!,
In fact, AUTOMPC is a NX Nastran param only, do not runs with ADINA SOL601 solver, you need to solve the double dependency problem yourself, not any magic exist.
Double dependencies occur when two rigid RBE2 (or RBE3) elements share a dependent node. If your model contains double-dependencies, the solver may not be able to correctly resolve the degrees of freedom in your model. Then have clear that not any dependent node can be shared between two or more rigid elements.

In FEMAP you can run a macro under "CUSTOM TOOLS > ELEMENT UPDATE > MULTI-DEPENDENT RIGID CHECK". This is a very handy API program to have. When setting up a complex model that contains many rigid links, it is important to ensure that a slave node is subject to only one master node. This API goes through all the rigid links in the model, and lists any nodes associated with more than one rigid link.

Best regards,
Blas.
