Autodesk inventor stress analyses

Hi all,
I did stress analyses in autodesk inventor 2017.. so i got result von mises theory and safety factor. Could anybody reveal that the results from autodesk inventor based on calculated results?
It seems me no but i want to make sure from experienced person.
