Autodesk Building Systems 3

Has anyone here used Autodesk Building Systems 3? I am interested to find out if it is worth the price tag for the use of the electrical portion of the package.

I just recently posed that question to our IT person. I would love to have the coordination nightmare of floor plan circuits matching panel schedules, and it appears that the Building Sysstems product does that. But is it worth it for that one item that I like? Probably not.
