I am having trouble with a cure profile. Here's what I am trying to achieve.

1. Vacuum level 30" no less than 20"

2. Pressure 85 psi fast as possible

3. Once the pressure reaches 20 psi I need the vacuum to drop to 0 or vent?

4. Temperature rate is 3 degrees F per minute to 355F +/- 10 degrees

5. Dwell time is 6 hours

6. Temperature rate cool down cycle is 3 degrees F per minute

7. Once temperature reaches 150 F I would like the program to stop.

I appreciate anyone helping .

Thank you
David

So what is your trouble? You have described a fairly standard cure cycle. That alone will not guarantee a good part as there are many other factors involved, like lay-up technique and bagging procedure.

where is a problem? how fast do you want to reach 85 psi? with our compressors it takes like three hours to reach
90 psi.
