Autocad License Manager - User Interface

Is there a way for a user to access the network license administrator program to see who may be pulling Acad licenses? I am aware of other programs having a local application that will show you who is using what as far as license go. I hope this was clear enough.

I believe that the only way to see who has checked out licenses is from the computer that the license server is running. The user on that computer also must have admin rights.
