AUTOCAD LDD pulldown menus

I'd like to add//customize my pulldown menus. I've looked at the menuload command and encountered the array of dialog boxes...I'm lost. What's the procedure?

Type CUI in the command line. In the left column under "Workspaces", click on the workspace you want to customize, i.e. Civil Design, Survey, Land Desktop. In the right column, you can expand the "menus", which are the pulldown menus. From there, you can add or delete menus. See attached image.
