The tutorials that come with it are a good start. If you go through them all step-by-step, and focus on understanding the process, and not just blindly following the steps, you can be efficient with it within a couple weeks. I had used it before I started my current job, but was constantly stuck in the learning/transition zone from LDD and never had time to learn it properly. When I started here though, they gave me time to go through the tutorials on my own and it made a world of difference in my ability to use the program. Go through all the tutorials, then try to use it on a real project and work through the usual stumbles, and before you know it you're proficient. Their forums are a great place to ask questions if you get stuck, or even just to browse and learn from other people's questions/answers.
