AUTO-SEQUENCING WT PARTS

We have been using "autosequencing" the WT part number ever since we started using Windchill. This was at the recommendation of our PTC trainer. with the strong advise to not assign rendom numbers. Now I have a user who wants to do just that.


Does anyone have any guidance?
