does anyone have references for the long term reliability of Au-Au wirebonds? They are clearly accepted in industry as the most reliable system, and don't suffer any of the intermetallic issues of the Au-Al system, but I haven't found much literature out there. I'm not concerned with the general reliability, but the influence of other factors (impurities, underplating, etc.) Thanks.
