does anyone have a lab that uses/used an ATMI CDO scrubber in it? The tool requires a nitrogen source but out nitrogen generator just broke so now our nitrogen is about 7-10% oxygen. We flow hydrogen in the scrubber from the process gases but I am not sure if the nitrogen and the hydrogen ever see eachother and if this increased oxygen percentage is a problem. The scrubber division of ATMI has been sold many times and we cant get someone who knows a lot about these tools on the phone so that is why I am posting here. Also, would it be ok to use just air instead of the N2?
