ATI video driver for SW 2007

Hello,

I've got a system here that has an ATI FireGL 8800 video card. SW doesn't have an approved driver for SW 2007 (the latest is 2006). Sometimes he's had a few related problems. I'm not sure whether to lose ATI's latest driver, or the latest approved?

The 8800 is a discontinued card and will probably not be tested for suitability with newer SW versions.

I would suggest installing a newer card if possible. If not, then try installing the latest (final ?) 8.083.1 driver from

Thanks, Cory. I'll look into the latest driver. I'm not sure if we've tested that one or not. We'll probably be replacing that computer before too long and so it will take care of itself. Until then...
