I'm not metallurgist can someone tell me the effects of exceeding the lead (Pb) content in the material. The specification calls for a .01 max - The material in question has a reading of .023? The mechanical properties are fine (above the minimum requirements called out in the spec.), Weldability requirements are also fine.
