ASTM A572 Gr.50 does not come in normalized condition?

I was told that ASTM A572 Gr.50 does not come in normalized condition.
As an alternative it was suggested EH36, an ABS Grade with 15ksi min. yield that is normalized.

ABS?
is that correct?
