Can someone help me on below question.

Which material is superior among F53 UNS S32750 and F55 UNS S32760? Also, which material would be more costly?

Thanks,

They are very similar, just two different manufactures versions of a superduplex.
When manufactured and heat treated correctly they will have very similar properties.
I would base the selection on availability and allow either.
Make sure to require A923 testing by either impact or corrosion (not micros).

Both F53 UNS S32750 and F55 UNS S32760 are the front end Super Duplex Grades, with PREN>40. UNS S32750 ids popularly known as SDSS 2507, while UNS S32760 is more well known by the brand name Zeron 100.Weldability wise both have pros and cons, and requires the same degree of caution. From my experiences , I've found Zeron 100 as more tricky than SDSS 2507.This is more so due the Tungsten Content of Zeron 100.
Pricewise F55 UNS S32760(Zeron100) may be more costly than the other version.
