Can anyone tell me what the M is in A-108M. Thank you. I can't find it anywhere on the internet.

M means Metric
So all Values are in metric system!
Its very common that you have ASTM A 106/A106 M with both values mentioned.

I don't show a listing for A-108M in my list of ASTM specifications. But DiplingAndre is correct.
