Assembly Constraint Error Message

I get following error every time i try to put any constraint on component to assemble it to another..

This function works with the active component
(blue product).
It positions child components relatively
to other child components.
,,,,,,

How do i get it to be blue?

Double-click the assembly, or sub-assembly, to make it active (blue background). The 'blue' assembly should be the one that contains all the components that being constrained to each other.

Often it is easier to open the sub-asembly in a new window.
